The 650 was one of the best Norton twins of all time and started life in Nov 1960. Initially named the 650 Manxman for the export only market it wasn’t released on the British market until 1962 when it was an instant success and renamed as the 650SS.
The detailed workmanship on this bike looks amazing, it has had a no expense spared total last nut and bolt restoration that was carried out many years ago after an accident. The owner decided to include a multitude of upgrades such as, special Grimeca four leading shoe front hub and brakes, highly polished vented manx style conical rear hub, Koso electronic rev counter and speedo combined, electronic ignition, rear sets etc. to make this his perfect cafe racer.
Comes with - a current V5C, original wheels, tank badges and other original parts. Some old receipts, and MOTs.
