1964 Rover 95 Saloon
Reg. no. 791 CVB
Chassis no. 76003186
Engine no. 76003392
The Rover P4 range of cars were luxury saloon cars built between 1949 and 1964 and quickly gained a reputation that Rover held dear, for reliability and hard wearing build quality. Their numbers on the road today is testament to that. The final members of the series were the 95 and the 110. The Rover 95 was a re-geared for economy Rover 100 offered at the price level of the four-cylinder Rover 80 it replaced. Announced in September 1962 these cars represented the end of an era. They were fitted with not alloy but steel door panels to reduce cost and their very full equipment included electric windscreen washers. This Rover 95 is described by our vendor as being in good all round condition, but little is known about the car\'s history. It is offered here with a current MOT that expires in June 2019, a selection of bills and a V5c.
