In 1948 the first BSA Bantam was powered by a 125cc engine, the design was based on the German DKW RT 125. This unit construction 2-stroke was then developed into both a 150cc and a 175cc until production ended in 1971. Although it is claimed that 250,000 Bantams were produced, no official figures exist and some estimates are far higher. Our vendor describes this bike as in good all round standard condition.
