The Powerpack was announced by Sinclair-Goddard Ltd in 1950 with a claim of 200mpg at 20mph, and a top speed of 27 to 30mph. It was a 49cc 2-stroke engine and stayed in production until 1961 with very few modifications. In 1953 a man by the name of Peter Lee-Warner rode around the world on one of these, covering more than 15,000 miles and managed to average 200 miles per gallon. There are no documents.
